Just spent some money at a head spa and the causation of hair fall out is mostly in the roots. Scalp cleanliness (wash hair daily) is a major part of this problem. Also, I learned to sleep on a silk pillowcase because cotton pulls hair out. Since most towels are cotton, only place a towel over your hair and pat dry. Don't move towel all over your head. Finally, it really matters what water you are using. Most of my hair had a mineral build-up from the shower. I put a water filter (SPRITE was recommended from Lowe's) and saw an immediate improvement. Hope this helps!

Just a thought...Did you have your scalp looked at by a Dermatologist? You could also have female or male pattern baldness... I know my Dermatologist recommended not going out in the cold or going to bed with wet hair because it increases breakage, and blowouts which stretch the hair causing damage...and not to wash your hair more than 2x per with conditioner rinces on days in between.......

Also, I found, that making the decision to go "natural" which has been gray (since I was 40, I'm now 64) for me, rather than the color processing I did every month, has greatly improved the thickness of my hair. There are so may health reasons for thinning and loss of hair that I would question this "Head Spa" if there is no Dermatologist on staff.....If this is really working for you, it's a good thing, but people should remember it could also be an underlying medical issue.
