Cut out the pattern
Once you're satisfied with the pattern, take a pair of scissors and cut out the pattern.
Cut the fabric
Fold your neoprene fabric, and on the wrong side, trace the pattern onto the fabric with a pencil.
Trace another piece, and cut both patterns out. Pin the fabric so that it's sturdy.
When cutting the ear area, pierce a hole in the middle of the fabric and cut all around. You can cut the holes of each fabric piece by layering them and cutting both layers at once.
Stitch the pieces
It's time to assemble the mask! Place the curved edges of both pieces together, wrong sides facing, and stitch to secure with a zigzag stitch. Go over the curve again with an overlocker.

If you're using neoprene, how do you breathe through material that's made to keep a diver warm in frigid water? It's also a pretty heavy material because its actually made from rubber. Maybe the "skins" divers wear under their neoprene wetsuits to help them slide into them MIGHT work alot better. Just my thoughts as a diver.
Just wondering. Since neoprene comes in different thicknesses, which fabric thickness should this be?
