Banana, Yogurt, and Honey Face Mask
Use this banana, yogurt, and honey face mask recipe for glowing skin. It's an easy mask to make, and it helps gently exfoliate and nourishes your skin. Your skin will feel softer and smoother right away.
Banana is high in vitamins, minerals, and silica. These nourish your skin to keep it healthy. Yogurt has lactic acid to gently exfoliate while the fats moisturize your skin. Honey keeps your skin hydrated for hours after using this mask.
Mash the banana with a fork. Try to get it as smooth as possible.
Combine the mashed banana, Greek yogurt, and raw honey in a bowl. Stir until combined.
Spread the banana face mask recipe over your clean face. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse well. Follow with your favorite moisturizer.
