Spring is upon us and I am feeling so inspired to try all of the new wardrobe pieces that I normally wouldn't. This week I tried white high waisted flare jeans and I was so pleasantly surprised on how flattering they were on my size 14 body. I decided that I wanted them to be the focus of my outfit so I chose some more neutral pieces to go with these with bottoms. I can't wait to show you how I styled them!

Black V-Neck Bodysuit and Booties

I really love pairing high waisted bottoms with bodysuits because you don't get frumpy when tucking your tops in and your figure can still be complimented! This is a perfect date night look. Flirty, sexy, and flattering (also these jeans are so comfortable!)

This body suit has good coverage on the bottom and it's slimming but not too tight. I wear a black bra underneath and you can barely tell.

I really liked how this top looked with this neutral bodysuit underneath. The wrap on the body suit and shoulder shape gave my body such a nice shape. I envision this outfit on Broadway in Nashville and love what I see! Pairing this with a fringe leather jacket or embroidered denim jacket would be a dream come true!

Short Sleeve Boxy T-Shirt

I love the color of this shirt paired with white! It's a more cropped top so I'm able to tuck it in and still get the effects of shaping from the flare pants. I paired it with open toe wedges for a spring vibe and love the look so much! These pants definitely need a heel unless you're super tall, I'm 5'7" and they'd be dragging on the ground if I didn't wear flats.
