Hack to Cuff Your Jeans With a Cleaner Look

2 Minutes

Hi everyone! Today, I'm going to show you show to cuff your jeans TokTok-style. Let's get started.

How not to cuff jeans

Stop cuffing your jeans like this! This is the old-fashioned way of cutting your jeans, but this new way is much more trendy and cool.

We still want the cuff of our jeans to *look* cuffed instead of hemmed, but we want to strip the thick and bulky look. Here’s how!

Tucking jeans

1. Tuck the bottom of your jeans underneath

Start by tucking your jeans under instead of folding them over!

Start tucking about halfway up the length of where you want your cuff to start. The hem of your jeans should still be sticking out the bottom!

Folding the hem

2. Fold the hem over the jeans

Fold the hem that’s still sticking out upwards like you would the traditional cuff and adjust your jeans accordingly!

If rolling in, instead of out, with a remaining rolled look.. Why not just hem them for the actual clean, none rolled look? The jean trend I prefer, is either hem, roll, or crop to desired length without any hem..

Doing it on the inside, instead of the outside, would appear to make the bottoms, need constant readjusting, with the friction of socks or footwear?

I think it's alright with skinny jeans how about straight leg. I wear the bootlegged cuffed with a wide bottom rolled up several times
