DIY Personalised Wedding Shoes
My daughter recently go married and not being a girly girl she can not walk properly in high heels. She still wanted the pretty bling shiny shoes but wanted comfort too. We looked online but could not find what she wanted so I made them instead
We bought some plain white tennis shoes and some self adhesive rhinestones and set about sticking them onto the shoes.
I started sticking the rhinestones on and then thought it would look cute to have her future name on them as well. I wrote the name on the shoe to use as a guide on where to put the stones. I wanted the name to stick out so I used small blue rhinestones.
It took a bit of time to glue all the stones in place, but once they were all on I filled the small gaps with small white rhinestones.
I added some sparkling hearts to the front of the shoes to make them a little fancy. And filled in the rest of the shoes with the self adhesive clear rhinestones.
I also added the date that they got married to the back of the sneakers in blue rhinestones. The stones where not perfectly lined up which was not noticeable unless you were up close and personal.
And that was her wedding shoes all done. She looked stunning on the day had cute shoes and happy feet by the end of the day.
