4 Beautiful Ways to Style Colorful Pants

Today, I’m going to be showing you how to style colorful pants. Color is a big trend for this spring and summer, so you don’t have to worry about asking, “Are colored pants in style?” Of course they are, and I’m going to show you how to style colorful pants.

Style 1: Loose, pink pants

Here, I’m styling these pink loose pants. They’re bright, bold, flowy, and vibrant, and instantly make any spring or summer outfit pop. I’m pairing them with a mixed-color floral top. The colors and rose print make the pink pants stand out even more, and it’s a great top for spring. It’s very form-fitting, and the poofy-style shoulders are another big fashion trend this season. I also added a white belt with a gold detail to the look because a belt is always a great minimal accessory, and you don’t want to overdo your accessories with print.

To keep it simple, I added a pair of hoop earrings and a pair of transparent, open-toed sandals with a nude bottom. These are my go-to sandals for summer and spring because they match everything.

To finish off the look, I added a white bag that has a golden chain detail.

Style 2: Wide-leg green pants

Next, I’m styling these wide-leg pants in emerald green. I’m using these pants to show you that color doesn’t have to be super bright and neon, and this is a very soft green if you’re looking for something not as bright. I’m pairing it with a black and white striped crop top that looks great with the high-waisted pants and isn’t super saturated like the first look. I kept it simple with a pair of gold hoops and accessorized with a belt. This one is a wide waist belt with a big gold buckle on the front. This helps create a waistline and is the perfect little chic touch to this look.

For the shoes, I used the transparent sandals again! I love these shoes, and I gravitate toward them so much because they match everything.

To finish off the look, I added a small red bag with a thick gold chain to throw in more color in a subtle way.

Style 3: Bold red pants

Here, I’m styling a pair of red pants. These are the same pants as the pink ones, just a different color, and they’re here to create a statement. I paired it with a white, summery top because I wanted the red to stand out, and it definitely does with the white top. While subtle, the top has a bit of detail to it and the sleeves are a bit wide and puffy. The bottom also has a bit of a ruffle detail. To accessorize, I added gold hoops and a gold chain which is needed for a deep neckline.

For the shoes, I wore black open-toed mules. These are also great for spring or summer and help balance out the bright red and the neutral tones.

For the bag, I chose a clear, transparent bag with black and silver sequins. This adds a nice statement to the colored pants.

Style 4: Purple fitted pants

For the final colorful pants outfit, we’re going to be color-blocking. I’m styling a pair of purple, fitted pants. This is the color of the year, and it’s a great color for spring and summer. I’m pairing it with a pink bodysuit with ruffle details on the shoulders. Pink and purple are two great colors to color-block because they go so well together.

For the shoes, I’m going with open-toed sandals. These sandals strap up your legs, but because you can’t see it, I’m just tying it around the ankles. These are a great way to add another bright, bold color, and since the pink is a different hue than the top, I thought it was perfect.
