by Shikha

Winter weather is here and the harsh cold is not good for our skin. If you feel your skin tighter or getting itchy apply some cream immediately. This little DIY recipe is my own hand cream that helps with cracked skin.

You need one spoon full of vaseline

Put it in your mixing jar

Two spoons of aloe vera gel

Add it to the mixing bowl with the vaseline

Then using a safety pin or something sharp poke a hole on one side of a Vitamin E capsule and squeeze that into your mixing jar

Mix everything together until it looks like this. Then massage your cream into your skin like usual. This recipe is so easy and simple and as you know aloe vera is very good for your skin! The Vitamin E capsule is also very helpful for your skin.

Looks very nice. Andrew Weil writes all petroleum found in skin and hair products is a cause of many Women’s health problems. Wonder what you think of that? When I read that 20 years ago, I immediately stopped coloring my hair.

I often wondered about petroleum, I know it’s been out for many years but that doesn’t mean it’s healthy for you to use. The baby powder was suppose to be great too, but it wasn’t and people used it for many many years because we trusted a company and the untrue statements they told us about the product everyday! So you have to use your own judgement and do some research! Good Luck!
