Thyme for hair growth

1. Thyme for hair growth

Thyme is a super-herb for your hair that promotes blood circulation and helps prevent dandruff. To use thyme for hair growth, add some thyme to olive oil and leave it to infuse for about three days. Then use that thyme-infused oil in your hair.

Apple cider vinegar for hair growth

2. Apple cider vinegar for hair growth

If you have dull hair, and split ends, apple cider vinegar will bring your hair back to life. But you need to be careful using it, because there is a risk, with apple cider vinegar, of hair breakage. So, when you first start using apple cider vinegar, try it once a week, but then switch to once a month at the most.

After you have shampooed and conditioned your hair, mix one part apple cider vinegar with three parts water, and use that as a rinse.

Onions for hair growth

3. Onions for hair growth

I bet that one caught you by surprise! But really, onions have incredible antifungal and antibacterial properties that are great for your scalp. But that’s not all! Onions contain sulfur which is extremely good for your hair. You don’t have to worry too much about smelling oniony, because you are going to use this hair growth home remedy before you shampoo.

Put a cut up onion in your blender with some water. Blend it until smooth and strain out the juice. That onion juice is what you will use for this hair growth home remedy. Transfer the juice into a spray bottle and spray it onto your hair and your scalp. Then cover your hair with a shower cap and sit under a hooded dryer just to get the heat to penetrate your hair. Then shampoo your hair as you normally would.

Rice water for hair growth

4. Rice water for hair growth

Rice water has recently taken the internet by storm. In addition to promoting hair growth, rice water purportedly has inositol which helps to improve hair elasticity. That will give your hair bounce and make it shiny.

To make rice water for hair growth, soak one part uncooked rice with about 1½ parts water. Then strain off the water and put it in a spray bottle to use in your hair.

Coconut milk for hair growth

5. Coconut milk for hair growth

Coconut milk makes one of the best deep conditioners for hair around. To make your own coconut milk conditioner, mix coconut milk with some oil and honey and use that in your hair as you would apply any other conditioner.

Also check out "A Baldness Cure", I can't post it to a medical journal, but science will back it when science improves itself as science seems to do so well after being proven wrong!

Do you leave the thyme and oil in or do you need to rinse it out as well.
