Homemade Orange Sugar Scrub Recipe
This homemade orange sugar scrub smells absolutely amazing, and will leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. It’s made with a few simple ingredients that you likely have lying around the house already, including sweet orange essential oil and zest from an orange. This recipe will fill (3) 4 ounce mason jars. Keep one for yourself and tie orange ribbons around the other two and pass them out to your besties!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 20 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil (from Young Living)
- 1 tsp zest from an orange
- (optional) 1 drop red and 2 drops yellow food coloring
Step 1. Add sugar and coconut oil to a bowl, stir well.
Step 2. Add essential oil, food coloring and orange zest.
Step 3. Stir to combine.
Step 4. Using a canning funnel, pour into 4 ounce mason jars.
