DIY Swirl Nails: How to Do Marble Nails With Gel Polish
Are you ready to take your nail game to the next level? While solid nail polishes and French tips have their charm, sometimes you just want to have a little fun.
In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to do marble nails with gel that lets you play around with multiple colors so you no longer have to choose between your ever-expanding collection of polishes!
Let’s get into it.
Tools and materials:
- Dotting tool
- Gel polishes
- UV lamp
1. Dot your nails
Pick your favorite colors. I’ve opted for three different shades that are very on-theme for fall and applied a white base.
Use those colors to dot small circles around the nail's surface. Don’t cure yet!
2. Swirl
Mix the still-wet nail polish together with a dotting tool to draw spirals around the nail.
This is where the unique marble design comes to life.
Play around with the size and placement of the dots to get a unique look for each nail.
