Three Different Hair Accessories to Try

This first style involves using a unique shaped claw clip with your hair in a bun. You can use the clip to secure the style, or just use if to add an extra detail. This is especially great for those with thinner hair because the clip will be able to firmly secure a bun. If your hair is thicker, they clipping it on the side of your up-do.

Bucket hats have been gaining in popularity again with the 90's trends resurfacing. They are a casual way to add extra detail to your look and you can find them in so many different textures, fabrics, and colours! I find that on days where my hair is not co-operating or when I need to hide unwashed hair that this is the perfect hair accessory to use. Bucket hats are also great for protecting your scalp from UV rays. Simply throw one on to spice up your look, it's that easy!

This final example is through use of another claw clip, however, this time it is just a regular style. The classic claw clips usually have better hold on your hair and aren't as bulky as the fun, unique shapes typically are. I used this clip to style a half-up, half-down hair style and it held great throughout the day. There are many sizes available so make sure to pick the correct size for your hair type so that this is a functional accessory. If you don't want to wear the clip while you're out, just clip it onto the strap of your handbag!
