Before we get started, did you know that chia seeds have many properties that benefit the skin?

Chia seeds enhance the overall glow of your skin, fight skin aging, help prevent damage from UV rays, reduce wrinkles, improve the skin barrier and even moisturize the skin.

Tools and materials:

  • Chia seeds
  • Raw milk
  • Potato
  • Honey
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spoon for mixing
  • Bowl
  • Blender
Chia seeds

1. Measure chia seeds

Start by adding 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to a small bowl.

2. Add milk and let soak

Next, add 3 tablespoons of raw milk to the chia seeds and allow this to soak for 15 minutes.

During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and the consistency will change to a gel.

Adding milk

After soaking, give it a stir and you should notice the lumpy, gel-like texture.
