3 Chic Work Christmas Party Outfit Ideas

In this lookbook, I’ve done some holiday styling and have three different outfits to show you for your company holiday party.

These outfits are not crazy glitz and glam, they're a little bit more simple and modest and something that would definitely be appropriate for your work party.

Let’s get started with these work Christmas party outfits.

Pleated skirt outfit

1. Pleated skirt

This first outfit is a great option if your work holiday event is having a festive lunch at the office.

It’s very simple and easy to throw together, and it’s a little bit more dressed up as well.

I’m wearing a pleated skirt in a burnt orange color and a black turtleneck.

I spiced the outfit up a little bit by layering on a couple of different necklaces. I'm also wearing a headband because I love dressing outfits up a little bit more with different hair accessories.

I think the headband gives a really great little festive feel and just brings the whole outfit to more of a dressed-up level.

For shoes, I’m keeping it very comfortable with a pair of simple black flats and I have a little nude handbag to go along with it as well.

All in all, this is a simple, easy and modest look.

Slip dress outfit

2. Slip dress

For the second look, I’m doing something that I love to do. I'm taking my slip dress and making it into something new by layering things over the top of it and/or layering things underneath it.

So, for this look, I’m wearing my basic black slip dress, and I styled a sheer top in a leopard print underneath.

I love these two pieces stacked up together, the leopard print pattern is so fun and funky.

For jewelry, I went for a chunky chain necklace. It adds a nice little statement and pairs so well with the leopard print.

I thought my hair would look best just pulled very sleek back into a low bun, and I’m wearing a pearl scrunchie with it. This is a great way to add some extra detail to my outfit.

For footwear, I’m wearing some simple little black booties with a kitten heel and I also have a little black bag with a black chain as well.

Here is another example of a top you could layer underneath. I’m wearing a sheer black top.

Lace top outfit

3. Lace top

Outfit number three is a much lighter take on a holiday look.

I am wearing a lacy top with a high neck, I love the neckline and the poofiness of the sleeves. I paired the top with some nude, sort of blush pink wide-leg pants.

Another great thing to do for a holiday style look is taking a statement top and pairing that with some wide-leg bottoms.

I always think that wide-leg bottoms make for a dressier look and depending on the top that you pair alongside them, it can really make your whole outfit.

I’ve gone for some nude shoes that blend seamlessly in with the pants, and I also have a nude handbag.

For this look, I also thought that the sleek hair really brought the whole outfit together and made the top the statement of the outfit.

I have the same little pearl hair band around my bun. You can pop on a bolder lip to bring it all together.

So those are the three looks that I’ve put together for a company holiday party.

They all have a festive and dressed-up vibe without going over the top.
