I'm using makeup from Look Fabulous Forever, but you can use your own makeup at home to recreate this quick 5-minute look.
1. Use a face primer
So, although you’ve only got 5 minutes, a primer will ensure that your makeup lasts all day long. Rub the primer on your face, making sure you get to all those creases and curves.
2. Apply foundation
Take your favorite foundation, add a blob on the back of your hand, and dab your foundation brush on it. Next, apply it to your face, starting from the middle of your forehead and working your way out, all across your face.
Tip: It’s worth spending more time on this step as you’re basically creating a canvas. So, the smoother it looks, the better your skin looks.
Blend the foundation in with the brush. This will give you a polished look and feel.
Also, add a little foundation and apply it to your eyelids.
Finally, use your fingers to blend in any unevenness.
3. Add concealer
Add some concealer to your concealer brush and dab in the corners of your eyes, the dark circles under your eyes, and around the edges of your nose.
If you have any age spots or sun spots, feel free to cover them up with a little concealer, too.
4. Add some highlighter
Use a tiny bit of instant bright highlight and apply it right under your eyebrows, where your brow bone is located.
Also, apply a little bit of highlighter along your cheekbones.
5. Add eyeshadow
Instead of using eyeshadow for the whole eyelid, I’m opting for a little bit of charcoal grey on the base of my eyelash line. To do this, simply dab a little eyeshadow on your angled brush and apply it to your lash line, as shown.
This will create an effect of thicker lashes.
Then, using the wedge brush, apply more eyeshadow underneath the rims of your eyes.
6. Add blush
For an instant shine and much-needed pop of color, add a little blush to your cheeks. Here I’m using a creamy peach color, and I’m simply dabbing it on with my fingers.
Next, blend the brush with your makeup brush for a more au-natural look.
7. Add bronzer
This is an amazing hack; add a little bronzer right over your blush, as shown.
Since we are not adding eyeshadow, then dab a little bit of the same bronzer onto your eyelid up until your brow bone area for extra depth and color.
8. Add mascara
We’re almost done with the 5-minute makeup routine! Apply your favorite mascara to define your eyes.
If you’re in a real rush, you can just apply mascara to your top lashes, but if you have an extra 20 seconds to spare, then go ahead and apply it to your lower lashes, too.
9. Apply lipstick
Now, apply your favorite lipstick.
10. Fill in your eyebrows
With only a few seconds left, go ahead and fill in your eyebrows with your handy angled brush. Use an eyeshadow that’s not too bold. Here, I’m using a taupe-colored eyeshadow.

Well, the ole gal came out looking better.
Well I think you look FABULOUS! Less is more!! I am really going to try this. Am sure at first will take me longer than 5 minutes but practice makes perfect! How do you stop mascara from smudging on bottom eyelashes? Thank you for sharing. I am 65 and need a natural looking boost. 😊
