How to DIY an Easy Aloe Vera Moisturizer for Healthy Skin

Did you know that aloe vera has lots of great benefits for your skin, including healing and moisturizing dry skin, fighting acne, and promoting anti-aging and clear, glowing skin?
This DIY face moisturizer also includes jojoba oil, which is fast absorbing, rich in antioxidants and perfect for all skin types. Tea tree oil helps to clean clogged pores and prevent acne scars. Rose oil helps achieve a radiant glow.
If you want all that for your skin, then follow this tutorial to make your own DIY aloe vera moisturizer.
Tools and materials:
- Aloe vera gel
- Jojoba oil
- Tea tree oil
- Rose essential oil
- Small mixing bowl and spoon
- Air tight container
How to make your aloe vera gel moisturizer
Put 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel into a small bowl and add 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil.
Stir to combine.
Continue mixing the aloe vera gel and jojoba oil until the mixture becomes creamy and cloudy.
Add 4 drops of tea tree oil and 4 drops of rose tree oil to the mixture.
Mix it all together and transfer it to an airtight container.
Note: You can substitute jojoba oil and also essential oils for any other oil that best suits your skin type.
I recommend you use pure aloe vera gel that is free of paraben, sulfate, color, and fragrance.
You can also use fresh aloe vera gel from an aloe leaf but it won't emulsify and you will need to make a fresh batch every day before you apply.
