3 Ways to Style a Basic Midi Dress

A midi dress is a great piece to have in your wardrobe because it is super versatile. For summer, just by mixing up your accessories, you can transform a midi dress for whatever occasion you need. I’m showing a black ribbed one from Target, but they come in lots of colors and textures. This particular dress is sold out, but I’ve linked to some similar ones that are all under $35. Here’s a sporty look with a midi dress. Pair the dress with platform sneakers and a Fanny pack. This is an easy look to run errands in or to meet up with friends in the day. It’s comfortable yet cute.

A causal look that is great for going out to eat or a day date is to add a pop of color to an all black outfit. Here, I went with a bright yellow wristlet. However, you could also bring the pop of color to your look by wearing colorful shoes instead.
