In this lookbook, I’m going to show you some leather pants outfit ideas.

I have ten ways to style leather pants to share with you, involving three different leather pants. We’ll be styling straight-leg pants, leather leggings, and a pair of colored leather pants.

I'm not an edgy person at all, which a lot of people think you have to be to wear leather pants, but here I’m going to show you that they’re so versatile and can suit any style aesthetic.

Leggings and oversized t-shirt

1. Leggings and oversized t-shirt

Just like regular leggings, these are super comfortable, but they look a bit more elevated on the outside due to the leather finish.

A really simple way to style them is with an oversized t-shirt, it creates a casual, lazy-day look. Not to mention that oversized t-shirts are a great way to hide any flubber.

Leggings with printed sweater

2. Leggings with printed sweater

Another great way to style leather leggings is with a cute sweatshirt.

Here, I have on a zebra print one. I like the fitted shape of the sweater and, together with my Nike sneakers, I have a very nice put-together outfit, even though it is very straightforward.

Leggings with oversized sweater

3. Leggings with oversized sweater

For a dressier look, I like to pair these leggings with an oversized sweater. For footwear, I’ve popped on a pair of Dr. Martens.

This look is so cozy and comfortable, and I really like the added height that the platform boots give me.

Leggings with puffer jacket

4. Leggings with puffer jacket

In the winter, you’re going to want to wrap up, so here I’ve styled the leggings with a cream turtleneck sweater and a plaid print puffer jacket.

I really like how the puffy jacket contrasts with the slim fit of the leggings.

Straight-leg pants with bustier top

So, since these pants are obviously less fitted and have a little bit more of a masculine style to them, I like to pair these with tighter, more feminine tops.

Here, I’m wearing a polka dot print bustier top, and on my feet, some white sneakers.

Straight-leg pants with crop top

6. Straight-leg pants with crop top

Another feminine style top you can go for is a crop top. This one has a great square neckline and some criss-cross detailing down the center.

I've also paired the outfit with a black fluffy jacket. For a dressier look, you can switch out the sneakers for heels.

If you're looking for a more formal way to wear your leather pants, here I'm wearing them with a plaid blazer, a black bralette, and some black booties.

This is a sophisticated-looking outfit, and the leather pants keep it looking chic and modern.

Colored leather pants with t-shirt

8. Cream leather pants with t-shirt

Finally, we have some cream leather pants that are a little bit flared at the bottom.

In this look, I’ve paired them with a sheer snakeskin crop top, as the cream in the design ties in nicely with the pants. Black booties bring this look together.

Cream leather pants with sweater

9. Cream leather pants with sweater

For this next outfit, I’m wearing a super fun cropped sweater along with some high-top Converse.

The cropped fit of the sweater helps to draw your attention to the nice leather material of the pants. The baby blue goes perfectly with the beige pants, and the bright red and brown of the sweater design brings a nice pop of color.

10. Cream leather pants with blouse

Here we have another dressier look.

For the top, I’m wearing a black off-the-shoulder blouse. I wanted to keep the base of this outfit nice and neutral. I’m then wearing my Louis Vuitton bag, which brings a pop of color, as well as some matching pink booties.
