An Unexpected Find
Lately, I have been trying to be very conscious of what I buy when it comes to clothing. Being pregnant and having a constantly growing belly can make it tough to find items that are not solely maternity based. While I do purchase some maternity items, I know I won't be able to wear them forever so I try to limit how many I actually buy. I was out shopping this past month and found this adorable lace kimono that is so versatile I couldn't wait to share it!
I saw it and instantly knew this was a piece that would transition so well from maternity back to regular clothing and the best part is, it was under $25! This type of item is what I like to call a seasonal closet staple.
It is a great piece to own for the Summer months because it is so light weight and easily can be worn over a dress or it can be styled with a pair of jeans and a casual rock band tee.
I love the versatility of this kimono because it can be dressed up or worn casually. It also feels very timeless in a way. Styles constantly come and go but I have a feeling this type of item is going to be around for a while (or at least I hope it will!).
