Doing brows

1. Brows

You want to start by drawing high brows. Apply a brow gel to your brows with a spoolie.

You can check out my Easy Brow Tutorial: How to Draw Eyebrows on for Beginners where I talk you through exactly how I apply my eyebrow makeup.

Applying eyeshadow

2. Eyeshadow

Now, apply a bright orange eyeshadow on the inner and outer corners of your lids.

Applying eyeshadow

Blend the eyeshadow into the middle as well as into the crease and above the crease to give you a smooth finish.

Adding concealer

3. Concealer

Apply concealer to the middle of your lids.

Applying eyeshadow

4. Eyeshadow

Then apply yellow eyeshadow on top of the concealer. Adding the concealer will help the yellow to stand out more.

If you don’t apply it first, then you might not get the color intensity from the yellow that you want.

Proceed to blend the yellow in really well with the orange.

Applying eyeshadow

I then changed my mind about the outer corners and applied a dark green shade instead of orange.

Blend this dark green up to just below your brow bone.

Applying eyeshadow

Blend all of the colors into one another to give you a smooth finish.

Adding eyeliner

5. Eyeliner

Now add a neon yellow eyeliner on the base of your upper lid.

I’m using a very pigmented yellow eyeshadow mixed with face serum to make it into a liquid.

Apply it with a very thin brush for maximum precision.

Applying foundation

6. Foundation

Now we’re finished with the eye makeup, so time for the rest of the face. Apply foundation with a beauty blender.

Applying concealer

7. Concealer

Next, apply concealer underneath your eyes and out from the outer corner of your eyes.

Also, apply it to the center of your nose, chin, and forehead, as well as the side of your lips. Then blend it all in.

Contouring

8. Contour

Use a foundation stick in a darker color to contour your face. Apply it around your cheeks, chin, and forehead.

Proceed to blend it in so that there is no harsh line showing.

Applying setting powder

9. Setting powder

Apply setting powder to all of the places where you applied your concealer to highlight those areas and define your contour.

Blend everything in.

Applying blush

10. Blush

Next, go in with some blush.

Adding eyeliner

11. Eyelashes and eyeliner

Add some false lashes to help create a bold look.

Then use a bright orange eyeliner under your eyes that matches the eyeshadow in the inner corners.

Adding illuminator

12. Illuminator

Apply some illuminator on your nose ridge, cheekbones, jaw, and forehead. Blend it well with a brush.

Applying lip gloss

13. Lip gloss

The final step is to apply some nude lip gloss.

Here is the finished look! I love the bold pops of color from the color-block eyeshadow as well as the neon yellow eyeliner on the upper lids and neon orange eyeliner on the lower lids.

The rest of my face looks flawless and glowing. I hope you love this makeup look as much as I do! If so, leave a comment.
