I like the salt scrub but if you look, it has about million ingredients. I've been being more conscious about using things and eating things with less ingredients in them plus it was so easy to make my own.

Epsom salt has a lot of great benefits for muscle pain and is said to relieve other ailments as well.

Best Epsom salt!

Make your natural ingredient scrub with this bestseller lavender scented Epsom salt that Amazon reviewers swear by!

I started by getting a Mason jar.

I poured a cup of epsom salt into the jar.

I added five drops of lavender essential oil.

I added a quarter cup of coconut oil and microwaved for thirty seconds.

You could also use Olive oil or Shae butter or a mixture but a base oil is necessary.

I then got some fresh lavender from my garden. It was dry since it's winter, so it's perfect.

I sprinkled it on top for an added texture and scent.

Then just mix it all together. You wanna make sure the consistency is thick and clumps together. If it's too crumbly add more oil.

This came out so beautifully, made me feel like my dated bathroom was a spa! It smells great and leaves your skin silky smooth!

Suggested materials:
  • 1 cup epsom salt
  • 1/4 cup cocunut oil (or another base oil)
