Dream Vacation: DIY Beach Pants
Who’s ready for some vacation vibes?! I am more than ready, although my travel plans do NOT include particularly far-flung or glamorous destinations! (Lol!) This is still the perfect time to dream up some summer DIY projects full of bright prints and comfy pieces! 🙂 My first project is tropical-inspired beach pants! I’m looking for a wide-leg, comfortable style perfect for the beach, the pool, a vacation, and/or a stay-cation! To get started, I grabbed a vibrant remnant from my fabric stash and a new favorite pattern! (You can find the pattern here!)
Thankfully, I had just enough fabric to cut out all the pieces! (These pants were meant to be! ha ha) The construction of the pants was pretty straightforward and included two pant legs, two patch pockets, and a drawstring made from fabric and elastic.
These turned out as cute and vibrant as I had envisioned! 😉 LOVE that tropical print!!!
Of course, I had to take my beach pants on a trip to… the BEACH!!!
