Getting the Perfect Pouty Lips
Do you have a double lip line? If so this is the best tutorial for you! I'm showing how to use your double line lips to get the perfect pouty lips.

To begin this tutorial you'll need either foundation or concealer but whatever you use you want it to be your skin tone
Start at the corner and go towards the middle of your lip on both sides with the foundation your skin
Put the foundation on the top of your top lip too
You can slightly see where I created the lines with my concealer
Now using a darker lip liner start at the corner of your bottom lips and go towards the center but don't go over the middle
Notice there's a spot it doesn't connect
Now is when you go and connect it and lower the line to give your lips a more pouty look
Also go over the top of your lips
Then using foundation, concealer or just a lighter lipstick go over the middle part of your lips to highlight the middle part of your lips
Here's the finished look!
