This is a great half-up hairstyle hack for the “clean girl” look. Half-up hairstyles are essential for the summer.
They’re a great way to keep your hair out of your face while maintaining the femininity of long hair.
This hairstyle is clean looking and adds a little twist on a typical half-pony.
Tools and materials:
- Thick hair elastic
1. Gather one side
Start by gathering the hair from one side of your head and pulling it towards the back. Use a hair tie to keep it together.
Leave enough space to fit your thumb and pointer finger through the hair elastic.
2. Gather the second side
Gather the same amount of hair from the other side of your head and pull it back.
Use the thumb and pointer finger to pull the new section through the hair elastic.
It should be pulled through with the ends going in the opposite direction from the hair from the other side of the head.
