- Hairdryer
Here is what the gel eyeliner looks like right now.
Now take your hairdryer, keep it on hot, and just warm your eyeliner for a few seconds.

And here is how it looks now! Heating the eyeliner up made it more runny and liquidy, and as you can see, there is a much greater color intensity now.
How amazing is this simple trick! I'm completely obsessed.
