How to Style Your Hair This Holiday Season
Wondering how to style your hair this holiday season? I have the perfect hairstyle for you.
This is a great, festive updo that takes barely any time or effort to pull together.
Tools and materials:
- Hair wax
- Hair gel
- Alligator clip
- Hair elastic
- Bobby pins
1. Separate and style
Separate a small tendril of hair from the front of the face and clip it up to keep it out of the way for now.
Take some gel and work it into the top half of your hair. Pull half your hair up into a high half ponytail.
Use a hair elastic to tie it up.
Use some hair wax to smooth down any flyaways.
2. Tend to your tendril
Let down your clipped-up tendril.
Use a hair straightener or curling iron to create a couple of waves along the tendril.
3. Wrap hair
Take a strand of hair from the half ponytail. Wrap it around the base of the ponytail to cover the hair elastic. Use a bobby pin to secure the hair in place.
