You’ll also need a pair of simply strappy sandals and some Fabri-Tac

Planning design

2. Plan

You want to cover your sandal strap with the pom poms, so take a little time to decide how you want to do it.

Gluing

3. Glue

Do one shoe at a time.

Adding pom poms

Cover the strap with a layer of glue and press the pom poms into it.

Use mainly small pom poms, with a few larger ones for accents.

DIY pom pom shoes

Fill as much of the strap as you can with the pom poms and leave the glue to dry while you work on the second shoe.

It’s fine if the pom poms are arranged differently on each shoe.
