DIY Pearl Flower Sandals

I was recently shopping at Target and came across these super cute sandals with pearl flowers on the fabric straps that come across the top of the foot. The only thing I didn’t love about the sandal is that they were platform and super tall for my liking. It had been several weeks and I was still thinking about those sandals, so I decided I’d try to do them on myself.

I found these sandals from the Time and Tru brand at Walmart for only $13. These are the exact same style minus the platform.

I then found these Pearl sow on flowers from AliExpress for under five dollars. They did take about 2 weeks to arrive.

I had all the intentions of sewing them on to the shoe strap however, my friend mentioned that Liquid Stitch would hold on to fabric just like sowing. Found it right away at Walmart.

I simply arrange the flowers in the manner I would want them on the sandal and then used the Liquid Stitch as the adhesive.

I placed a small amount of pressure when sticking them down and then did not touch the sandals until the next day, letting it dry for a full eight hours.

I was very happy with my results and wear them all time!
