Perhaps you’re a postpartum mother, or perhaps you just have stretch marks as many women do.


While stretch marks are nothing to be embarrassed about, there are remedies we can use to minimize them. This can make us feel more confident and happy in our own skin.


Here, I’m going to show you a simple DIY recipe you can make to help remove stretch marks at home.

Tools and materials:

  • Aloe vera gel
  • Sweet almond oil
  • Vaseline/shea butter
  • Spoon
  • Bowl
Combining ingredients

1. Combine ingredients

In a bowl, combine one teaspoon of aloe vera gel, one teaspoon of sweet almond oil, and one teaspoon of Vaseline or shea butter.

Mixing

2. Mix

Mix the ingredients well to create a smooth cream.

Applying to skin

3. Apply

Apply this cream over the stretch marks and massage gently. Use twice a day. You can store this mixture for a month.

This cream really delivers and I guarantee that if you use it regularly over an extended period of time, you will start to notice your stretch marks fading away and eventually disappearing.

    My dad has skin tags but is on blood thinners. Is there an easy way to remove them that won’t harm him?

      I’d have his dermatologist do them with liquid nitrogen. I’ve had it done before. Easy peasy. I didn’t trust myself.

    He doesn’t have one - it’s a $40 co pay for his insurance! YIKES! He’ll keep it mind if they’re a problem though
