Wardrobe Staples Every Woman Should Own

There are certain items that every woman should own. They are essential pieces you

need to create the foundation of an amazing wardrobe that will save you time and money in the long run.

I’ll start with a good blazer. A blazer in a neutral colour would go with any outfit. It can be worn casually as an outer layer or more fashionably over an evening outfit instead of a jacket or a coat.

No wardrobe is complete without a good pair of jeans. These are a must. You can wear them in the daytime, casually with a pair of loafers in autumn, or in the summer with sandals, and more casually with a pair of sneakers. Jeans can be worn during the day and also dressed up for a night out.

I personally think that you should also invest in a good quality wool coat. The better the quality the longer it will last and the warmer it will be. I am always surprised by how warm the coat in the photo above is. I think that as it’s a very thin jacket it will not be warm enough, however because of the high wool content I never feel cold whenever I wear it.

Another must item for any wardrobe is a leather biker jacket. I wear it every year, in between seasons. It is edgy and goes with every outfit and style. It is perfect for in between seasons. It is short length and is easy to carry around if you get too warm but it’s warm enough when you put it on.

There are so many other wardrobe essentials and I’ll probably have to do a part two tutorial on this topic. However, I could not end this tutorial without mentioning the LBD. Little black dress is an absolute wardrobe staple. You can pull it out of your wardrobe and style it for any type of occasion. Be it for a cocktail party with high heels and a little evening bag or for a more formal occasion. You can also style it with a pair of knee-high boots and a scarf for a more casual dinner date. The possibilities are endless.
