The Genius Way to Wear 2 Doilies With Any Outfit
If you are on my page then you know by now I LOVE making clothes out of easy materials you have around the house or can find at a thrift shop. This DIY is so simple to do and is great as a cover-up on top of a blouse or just an accessory to set your outfit apart.
All you need is the following:
- 2 doilies
- Thread
- A needle to sew (VERY EASY sewing you need little to no experience)
- A bead, button, or something of this nature

Start by laying your two doilies next to eachother. I reccomend you get two that look the same
Sew the doilies together on only ONE END! Leave the other end as is not sewn together
On the other end that is separated grab your bead or button and sew it on to one of the doilies ends

Now put the doilies around your shoulders with the sewn together pieces in the back and the bead in the front
