I'm so ready for Spring to arrive, I've made this lovely new blouse, and I'm going to show you how to make and style it for those transitional spring days when it just can't decide whether its chilly or not!!

This is the new Patina Blouse pattern, from Friday Pattern company.

I love this stage in a make, my fabric is pre-washed and pressed all ready to cut out, so many possibilities!!

All cut out and it's time to begin. The back is firstly joined to the yoke.

After the back is attached to the yoke we move on to attaching the two front pieces, isn't it coming together quickly??

Lets get that bad boy collar attached next, pinned then stitched, we are making great progress!!

The sleeves are on, and little slits cut before the cuffs are attached!

Not long to go now!!

A quick whizz up the sleeve and side seam see the blouse all together, then we are all systems go!!

I really hope you love my Patina, because I really do, its super with a pair of smart trousers for a lunch out or for a business meeting.

But equally as lovely dressed down for a weekend in jeans and a snuggly cardi when the day is not so warm, or outside at a barbeque!!
