Holiday Outfit Ideas: Casual or Dressy
The holiday season is upon us and I wanted to talk a little about my go-to pieces for the holiday season. There are some items I always have in my closet for this season that can be worn to either a casual or dressy event. If you don’t already own these pieces, definitely consider incorporating them.
Let’s talk satin/silk clothing items. Slip dresses can be found absolutely everywhere right now and can be worn so many different ways. If a silky fabric is not your thing in a dress you can totally pot for this fabric in a top or a skirt. Also, because the type of dress can show everything, ever to wear a smoothing garment underneath.
Velvet is another great option around the holidays. It feels so luxurious when paired with other fabrics like silk or satin. This top can be dressed up with trousers or paired with jeans for a more relaxed feel.
And we can’t forget about Sequins for the holiday. Sparkle anything is always a great idea for the holiday season. A sequin piece doesn’t always mean all out glam! Incorporate your favorite denim piece to bring it down a few notches and sequins can be very versatile.
