Zombie Inspired Pants “Jersey Girl Knows Best”

Do you need some zombie pants to complete your outfit or to go with the shirt I made on my other tutorial?! It is very simple and I use the same materials! Ready?! Let’s do this!
Just like for the shirt tutorial, I start with scissors, Spanish moss and my handy dandy glue gun! 😄
I start making cuts all around the bottom of the jeans. Any other type of pants would work as well. The light color the better.
I even cut off most of the bottom of the pants in a jagged pattern. I think it really gives to character…I
I even made some deep cuts in the pockets. Not to deep or your underwear will be showing 😜
I randomly added the Spanish moss with the hot glue gun on both sides of the pants.
I take the same paint mixture as I used for the shirt. About 1 tsp. water, 1 drop black and 1 tsp. red. It should be watery enough to drip off your sponge brush or small brush. I splatter the dark red paint randomly in the front and back of the pants. DON’T forget to do the back of the pants….unless your being half a zombie 💁🏻♀️🧟♂️ I would avoid washing these pants before you wear them as the moss may come off. I hope you have a safe and spooky Halloween filled with sweet candy and fun times!
Enjoyed the project?
