Looking for an easy and comfortable Halloween costume you can put together last minute? These are seven cute ideas with the super comfy dresses from the Merrick White Collection.

Need a last minute Halloween Costume?

Halloween is only a few weeks away, and if you’re looking for a really simple and fun Halloween costume with things you mostly already own, I’ve put together 7 cute options!

These are all made with dresses from my dress line, Merrick White Collection, so if you already own one they’ll be super easy to put together.

I found all the accessories on Amazon, so it’s easy to grab those (or use things you already have) to assemble these costumes.

7 Halloween Costumes with the Merrick White Collection Dresses

The striped Merrick White Collection dress is a perfect base for a robber costume!

I found this robber mask, money bag, and hat set on Amazon, added some black combat boots, and it was the easiest costume ever!

Complimentary costumes

You could dress your kids up as money bags, or as other little robbers! Or a person with lots of jewels, ha!

The whole idea for these Merrick White Collection costumes came from a reader who wrote in and said that the Gingham Anywhere Dress would be perfect for Dorothy. I agree!!

I braided my hair, added some red shoes, and a basket with a stuffed dog. Easy peasy!

I wracked my brain for what costume to create for this pink dress, and finally decided on a fun cotton candy costume!

Another idea was a flamingo, or Sleeping Beauty.

I wore this fun blue wig, added some blue shoes, and used THIS DIY to make a fake cotton candy. Yum!

Complimentary Costumes

If your kids have light pink and blue clothes in their closets, dress them all up as cotton candy! You could even make DIY cotton candy headbands or hats for them.

This cute button up gray dress was just begging to be an easy mouse Halloween costume!

I found this set of ears on Amazon, and although it came with a tail and a bow tie, I skipped those and just did a nose and whiskers with makeup. So easy.

Complimentary Costumes

Make your husband or a friend be a cat, or have your kiddos dress up as mice or cats too!

GRAY DRESS (wearing size XS) | SNEAKERS | MOUSE EARS

This olive green dress is one of my all time favorite dresses, and the green was perfect as Robin Hood!

I found this Robin Hood hat on Amazon, as well as this sweet bow and arrow set, and then added tan booties to finish the look. I love how this came together!

Complimentary costumes for your kids

It would be so cute if your kids were mini Robin Hoods, or if your girls wanted to be Maid Marian!

GREEN DRESS | BOW AND ARROW | HAT | SIMILAR BOOTS

I’ve watched like three episodes total of I Love Lucy in my life, but she’s an icon! And this polka dot dress was too perfect for her.

I found this amazing red Lucy wig on Amazon, added an apron, some red lipstick, and a mixing bowl to complete the look. If only I had a vintage phone, that would have been the perfect prop.

Complimentary Costumes

Have your husband or boyfriend or son dress up as Ricky Ricardo!

NAVY DRESS | WHITE APRON | RED WIG | SIMILAR BLACK HEELS | RED LIPSTICK

The last costume was with our newest dress, the Rust henley dress, which is one of my absolute favorites. It was just too perfect for a fox!

I found some fox ears on Amazon and a white fur vest, then did some simple makeup (using some pinterest images as inspiration), and then went out in the green space behind my house to shoot this fun photo.

Complimentary Costumes:

Dress your kids up as little foxes! Or you could other woodland creatures like an owl, a bear, a deer, etc.
