1. Creepy clown
For the hair, braid hair in two pigtails. Start by filling in your eyelids with black eyeliner. I used a jumbo black eyeliner stick and blended it around my eyelids with a brush.
Add black eyeshadow to build pigment.
Apply dark brown shadow over the crease and blend.
With black liquid eyeliner, draw a triangle just above your brow. Draw an upside-down triangle, starting from right beneath your lash line. Ensure triangles are aligned.
Add a dot on each tip of the triangle and line the rims of your eyes.
Apply brown eyeshadow it on the sides of the bottom triangles to create a 3D effect and contour.
Line your lips with a dark, deep purple color.
Elongate the lines of your lips on the side, as shown.
Finish off with bright red lipstick on the center of your lips and a cute red dot on your nose.
This creepy clown look is simple yet effective - perfect for a last-minute Halloween idea.
2. Broken doll
Apply foundation and add some dramatic contouring on the sides of your cheeks, right along the cheekbone.
Fill your eyelids with bright pink eyeshadow.
Line the rims of your eyes and lower the lashline with a white pencil.
With a black liquid liner, underline the white part of the lower lashline so that your eye looks bigger. Then, line your upper eyelid with a thick line.
Draw little lash lines on the bottom.
Add lush pink lush to your cheeks and apply small dot-like freckles.
Draw two lines on each side of your lips and segment the line with vertical lines so that it represents scars. Add small dots on the top and bottom of each line.
Fill in your lips by drawing a little heart right in the center.
Add crack-like designs on your face.
Now, tie your hair into two side ponytails and you're done! This is a simple and pretty last-minute Halloween look.
3. Deer in the headlights
Start with contouring your cheekbones and forehead.
Apply dark brown eyeshadow from the crease of your brow bone down to the side of your nose.
Add gold shimmer to the center eyelids and line your eyes and create some wings with a liquid eyeliner.
Color in the tip of your nose and top lip with a brown matte pencil.
Add white dots.
Twist and twirl your hair into two top parts and add pink lipstick to the bottom lip.
Done! Looks gorgeous, right? I love this DIY Halloween costume as it's fun and different (and also works for Christmas!).
4. Witch's cat
This kitty cat look is one of the best last-minute DIY Halloween costumes. Start by lining your eyes.
Create a cute little nose around the center of your nose.
Add a thick, centerline from your nose to your lips and fill in your lips. Also, add some sidelines to elongate them.
Add cute little whiskers.
Meow! So adorable and feisty! This is a classic last-minute Halloween look.
5. Frida Kahlo
Apply some peach blush to your cheeks.
Now to recreate Frida’s famous unibrow. Fill in your eyebrows and create hair-like lines in the middle.
Add contour to the crease of your eyes, down the sides of your nose, and subtle shading around the corners of your mustache area.
Top off with a bright red rouge lipstick.
Curl your lashes and add mascara.
Tie your hair into two ponytails, and braid each part with a fabric piece.
Wrap both side braids into a top bun.
Add some flowers around the bun.
How awesome is this DIY Halloween costume? Frida Kahlo is such an iconic artist and it's great to be able to pay homage to her, especially as Halloween is followed by Mexico's Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).
