I’ll show you how you can fold any scarf into a unique tie. Let’s get right into it!
Tools and materials:
- Scarf
1. Fold the scarf into a triangle
Fold your scarf in half into a triangle.
2. Fold the scarf into a rectangle
Fold the point of the triangle to the long end.
Finish folding the scarf into a rectangle.
3. Place the scarf around your neck
Lift your collar high and place the scarf around your neck.
4. Tie a knot on one side
Tie a knot on one side of the scarf, but don’t tighten it yet.
5. Pull the other side through the knot
Pull the other side of the scarf through the knot. Tighten.
Complete your suit look with a scarf not a tie
Lay your collar down and you’re done! Here’s the finished look.
This is a great alternative to wearing a tie, and a fantastic way to spice up an otherwise boring outfit.
