After Sun Aloe Vera Face Mist Recipe
Hydrate and soothe your skin after spending time in the sun with this after sun aloe vera face mist recipe. It has aloe vera and lavender hydrosol to soothe your skin and hydrate while it nourishes your skin.
Even if you don't get a burn, being in the sun zaps moisture from your skin. This has aloe to soothe and lavender hydrosol to soothe irritated skin. I have tips and more information about each ingredient in my after sun aloe vera face mist recipe, so be sure to read that.
I made this for the face, but it works all over your body. You can also use it as a refresher for your hair before heading out.
You will need:
- 1 ounce lavender hydrosol
- 0.5 ounce Witch Hazel Extract
- 0.5 tablespoon Aloe Vera Gel
- 1/4 teaspoon Vegetable Glycerin
- 2 ounce spray bottle
Place the lavender hydrosol, witch hazel, aloe vera gel, and vegetable glycerin in a 4 ounce spray bottle.
Shake to blend. Shake will before each use because the ingredients can separate.
Spray this aloe vera spray for face on your face or anywhere on your body after being in the sun.
