Hey guys! If you’re interested in learning how to braid your hair and twist it into a sleek bun, you’ve come to the right place.
Follow along as I show you how to recreate this gorgeous hairstyle.
Tools and materials:
- Comb
- Hair elastics
- Bobby pins
- Mousse
- Decorative clip (optional)
1. High ponytail
Start by brushing your hair so it’s tangle-free and easy to work with.
Add a bit of mousse to help keep the hair to smooth down any flyaways. Pull it back into a sleek ponytail.
2: Twist
Split the ends of the ponytail in two. Twist each side and then twist them around each other. Tie it together at the bottom with a hair tie.
Then wrap the twist around the base of the ponytail to create your twisted bun.
3. Secure and add finishing touches
Secure the twisted bun in place with as many bobby pins as you need.
Then use a comb to smooth out the hair around your head.
Add any accessories you like. I added a flower clip to the side of my bun.
