Restyling Summer Skirts Into New Outfits!
Want to give new fashion life to some of your summer skirts? A button-down dress is a great pairing piece to create new styles.
I thrifted this adorable Ralph Lauren crest dress for just $12! It's the perfect summer frock nice and airy. It's also a great style to use with different types of skirts.
If you have a skirt that is too short or you just want to change up it's style, put it over a dress with a fuller skirt to create a cute ruffle at the hem.
A button down vintage linen skirt makes a cute cover when you leave the whole piece unbuttoned and belt it. A small safety pin on each side of the opening helps to secure it.
This cute eyelet skort (skirt/shorts) was a Walmart find. Leaving the bottom of the dress open is a great way to create visual interest and wear it in an uncommon way.
I am such a huge fan of button-down dresses and skirts, they offer you several different ways to wear them. Each state is different in their pricing but our thrifted skirts run about $4-5, and summer dresses $8-10 on average. Such an inexpensive way to create multiple looks on your next vacation!
Blessings,
Eden
