Styling a Summer Sweater 3 Ways

It's been unseasonably chilly here this spring, I can't remember wearing cardigans this far into May. A go-to for me has been summer sweaters in bold colors, they are the perfect layering item to ward off the chill and bring the colors of spring in.

This vibrant hot pink sweater by snails cinnamon, is very thin so it can be worn almost year round. It was a thrifted find. I paired it with an equally vibrant yellow floral skirt by 1901 to bring the sunshine on!

Look 1- With a low v-neck, you can pull the shoulders down to create an off the shoulder look. Here I wore a Banana Republic navy button down shirt under it to pull out the navy in the skirt.

Look 2- Switching out the button down top for a navy cami and wearing the sweater as intended. Adding a large brim hat always upstyles any outfit you are wearing.

Look 3- Folding the cuffs of the sweater and draping it around your neck, is an old style that is coming back. It adds a pop of color to the navy and white sleeveless top.

It's always great to use one piece several ways to create new outfits!

Eden
