GENIUS Way to Wear a Long Sleeve in This Crazy Heat
When it’s really hot outside, you’re not going to be wearing a long sleeve top, right? Think again!
Here, I’m going to show you how you can wear a long sleeve top in sunny weather without overheating.
We’ll be transforming the top into a strappy top. Not sure what I mean? Keep reading to find out.
Tools and material:
- Long-sleeve top
1. Fold over neckline
First, fold over the neckline to give you a straight line at the top.
2. Tie at the back
Place the top over one of your shoulders and under your armpit on the other side, and then tie the two sleeves together at the back.
3. Tie at the side
Then tie the long sleeve with the fabric at the side of the top.
Tuck in the ends of the sleeve to hide it, and you’re done!

Here is the finished look! It is a gorgeous, one-shoulder look that is perfect for the summer.
I absolutely love how the two sleeves look on the back as straps. No one would ever believe that this is, in fact, a long-sleeve top. Now you know how to “wear” long sleeves in the summer!
