DIY Hair Remedy: Try This Weekly to Help With Shedding & Hair Loss
Hello Upstyle! If you're shedding hair or you're suffering hair loss, this is a must try!
Making a homemade treatment is as easy as getting some teabags from the caddy.
In this hair rinse, I use 5 black teabags. You can use green tea if you have lighter hair, though black tea is more beneficial for hair loss and shedding.
Tea promotes healthy scalps, enhances the shine of dark hair, rejuvenates dry hair, and acts as a natural hair tint for dark hair.
Best hair thickening treatment!
How to use
You should use this hair tea rinse weekly.
Start off by shampooing your hair first. Then, towel it dry, spray a good amount of the tea onto your scalp and massage.
I recommend wearing a shower cap or plastic bag and let it sit on your hair for 60 minutes. Then, rinse with lukewarm water and apply a deep conditioner to lock the moisture into your hair.
How to make
You will need 5 teabags and 1 spray bottle.
Put all 5 teabags into a heatproof cup. I'm using a big round cup.
Pour hot water into the cup.
I fill the cup half way with hot water.
Then, mix the teabags around and leave for 1 hour to cool.
This will help release all the natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties of the tea.
Time to transfer your tea into the spray bottle!
Fill up your spray bottle and screw the lid on.
And that's it!
Using a deep conditioning product after each tea rinse will help lock the moisture into your hair.
Always deep condition your hair when you have used the tea rinse.
It will help with shedding hair and help with hair loss. It is very easy to make and very beneficial to hair.
I hope you try this easy hair treatment! While you sit for 60 minutes with your shower cap on, why not relax with a cup of tea! 😂💯

Is it better to use a leave in conditioner?
How do you store the remaining tea in the bottle for next time? If you store it in the fridge should you warm it before using it and how long is its shelf life Thank you
