Shackets and Jackets
This season shackets are a huge trend and I am here for it. They are basically a shirt jacket and whether they are flannel, corduroy, knit or whatever, they are great for fall. Jackets and boots are my two of my favorite things about fall fashion! Layering pieces are perfect transition weather pieces because in the Midwest the mornings are so cold yet it can still warm up quite a bit during the day. I’m only 5’3 so I have to be selective with these as to not look like the jacket is wearing me with too much material.
This plaid flannel shacket from Maurice’s is so soft and cozy. I love the neutral colors in it so it can be paired with many tops.
This oversized ACDC graphic tee is also from Maurice’s
This Sherpa jacket I found on Amazon for a great price point. It’s a little bulkier than I had expected, but it is extremely soft and unlined so the softness is inside and out. Also makes it very warm!
These distressed black skinnies are Old Navy from a few seasons back but I still love them. My leopard booties are older from Maurice’s
