How to Apply Gold Foil on Nails: Cute DIY Nail Idea
Hi everyone. Today, I’m going to show you how to add gold foil on nails. This cute nail design is super easy but looks incredible. Let’s get into it.
Tools and materials:
- Nail polish
- UV lamp
- Gold foil
- Foil tool
- Top coat
1. Apply a base color
Apply a base color of your choice to your nails.
I painted each nail a different color. I went for a burgundy red, an orange, a teal-green, a yellow color, and a deep chocolate brown.
Cure your nails under a UV lamp.
2. Add the foil
To add gold foil on nails, simply press it into the polish in whatever pattern you’d like.
I began applying the fold foil at the base of my nails and went up the side to the nail of the nail.
3. Apply a top coat
Seal everything in with a layer of top coat and allow it to cure.
