Halloween Spider Web Eye Makeup Tutorial
I’m not such a fan of getting dressed up on Halloween, but I do like to create an awesome makeup look.
Here, I’m going to show you how to create a creepy spider design on your face which is perfect for Halloween.
Let’s get started with this Halloween spider eye makeup!
Tools and materials:
- Eyeshadow
- Makeup brushes
- Eyeliner pencil
- Liquid eyeliner
- Eyebrow pencil
1. Apply eyeshadow
Start by applying eyeshadow. Go in with a dark purple shade on the moveable lids.
Then, use a lighter shade of purple on your crease. Blend the two shades together to create a seamless transition.
2. Apply eyeliner
Next, apply eyeliner. Also, go in with the lighter shade of purple eyeshadow underneath the eyes to create a smokey effect.
3. Fill in eyebrows
Line the eyebrows and fill them in to give them some more definition.
4. Draw spider legs
Using a liquid eyeliner, proceed to draw eight spider legs around your eye.
5. Add shadow
Thicken the dark spider legs you have drawn, then draw the legs in a lighter shade to add some shadow and dimension to the design.

Here is the finished creepy spider look. I finished off the eye makeup by adding some white detail on the spider leg, applying mascara and another line of eyeliner.
As you can see, I also drew some spider legs coming out of my mouth for a gruesome addition.
