Homemade Sugar Scrub for Feet

Get soft feet with this easy to make homemade sugar scrub for your feet. It's a simple recipe that uses moisturizing oils and essential oils to slough off dead skin cells.

I used their body oil base to make this scrub, but you can also use a moisturizing oil like avocado oil, castor oil, or hemp seed oil.

You will need:


Mix the sugar and oil in a small bowl.

Add the essential oils and food coloring and stir well.

If you used food coloring, you can use the back of the spoon to break up any clumps and keep stirring.

Then scoop into a container. For best results, soak your feet and pat dry. I like to use a peppermint pedicure bomb. Then use this foot scrub and rinse off the sugar. Let the oil soak into your feet. Then moisturize. Be careful because your feet will be slippery, so don't walk until the oils soak in. For more body scrub recipes, check out my Body Scrubs ebook.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons body oil base or moisturizing carrier oil
  • 6 drops Timber essential oil blend
  • 4 drops Ho Wood
  • 4 drops Sweet Orange 
  • 4 ounce container
  • Orange food coloring (optional)
Instructions

Combine the body oil base and sugar in a small bowl.
Add the essential oils and food coloring if you're using it. Stir well.
Use this sugar foot scrub to gently scrub your feet to remove dead skin cells. Follow with a moisturizer.
