How to Shorten Your Hair Without Cutting It
Do you want to have shorter hair, but you also don’t want to cut your hair? Sounds like you’re stuck in a paradox, right?
Here, I have a solution to that problem, just for you. I’m going to show you how to shorten your hair without cutting it.

Tools and materials:
- Hairband
- Hair tie
- Hairspray
1. Put on headband
Start by putting on a fabric headband.
2. Tie ponytail
Now, tie a loose ponytail toward the very bottom of your hair.
3. Tuck ponytail under
Tuck the ponytail under your hair and tuck it into the headband.
4. Apply hairspray
Finish off by spraying the hairstyle in place.
How to shorten your hair without cutting it
Here is the finished look!
My hair is tucked under the headband to make it look shorter, and I think that the overall hairstyle is super cute. I love how it loops at the bottom.
Now, I can enjoy having short hair, but only temporarily, as I haven’t cut my hair to change its length. Give this a go for yourself!
