1. Don’t skip skincare
Even before applying your makeup, taking care of your skin should always come first.
2. Less is more
Don’t overdo your foundation and concealer. Apply these gradually and with a light hand. Consider skipping your foundation completely and just wearing a dab of concealer on your skin.
3. Tap, don’t rub
When applying concealer, tap the product in with your fingers as opposed to rubbing it in.
4. Don’t follow every trend
Lastly, I know it’s tempting to follow every new makeup trend when we want our style to feel relevant.
Instead, just choose the styles that compliment your features.
