5 Ways to Style a Trench Cape!
I love capes and trench coats, they are so chic and upstyle almost any outfit. A cape trench combines both styles into one super cute and versatile outerwear piece.
This piece is so lightweight that it can be worn almost year round and can be styled in so many different ways.
Outift 1-With some states still getting snow, you can warm it up by pairing it with a thin black turtleneck, faux leather leggings, a plaid bag & scarf, and a bright red fedora.
Outfit 2-Keeping the original outfit but changing the shoes, losing the scarf but adding a black hat.
Outfit 3- A faux reptile pencil skirt with a thin brown turtleneck and a fur scarf. Once the weather warms up, just about any color of skirt and shirt combo will do since the color is so very neutral.
The flowy sleeves adds a fun flair and a little drama to the piece.
Oufit 4- Classic wider leg pants and a matching button down, with a vibrant silk scarf, create a timeless outfit that will not go out of my style.
Outfit 5- For more of a casual look, I paired it with jeans and a denim top in a lighter blue. A vintage cabbie hat and over the knee boots make it perfect for date night! You could swap out the boots for ankle boots or even loafers.
This versatile piece was under $30, such a bargain! Sadly it sold out quickly, I can see why! I can look forward to April showers in style!
